Refund policy

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. 

ALL CBD products and smokable hemp are ALSO non-refundable as well as other health and personal care items such has lotions, soap, lip balms, body oils.

Gift cards are non-refundable

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrong item received. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at nightanddaycbdhub@gmail.com

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our policy lasts 15 days after delivery date. Additionally, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
